SHILLONG: A woman lodged a complaint on November 6 that one Maximus Raju Chyne borrowed some valuables from her on November 1 which he has failed to return till date.
As per the woman’s complaint, Chyne borrowed a pair of gold earrings, one Cell phone and Rs. 2500 with a promise to return them on November 6.
