SHILLONG: Police are still awaiting the forensic report to ascertain how the blast was trigged in Jhalupara earlier this month.
Police said a full investigation has been launched behind the incident to find out the perpetrators.
Police also denied reports that a woman NGO leader was the prime suspect in the IED blast at Jhalupara.
According to police, they were looking at all quarters to investigate into the incident, besides verifying the claims made by the HNLC that the outfit was behind the blast.
