MPYC members take part in rally against intolerance

SHILLONG:  Members of the Meghalaya Pradesh Youth Congress took part in the massive protest held from Jantar Mantar to Parliament in New Delhi over the “growing intolerance in society”. The protest march was organized by the Indian Youth Congress.
In a statement issued on Monday, Richard M Marak, president, MPYC said that writers, academicians and scientists have voiced their concern over rising intolerance in India.
“IYC wants Modi to act against those leaders who have repeatedly fueled the issue (of intolerance),” the statement said.
