4th Ardhendu Chaudhuri Memorial Day/Night Cricket Tournament

Shillong: Jhalupara Youth Association defeated Zap X by 2 wickets during the 4th Ardhendu Chaudhuri Memorial Day/Night Cricket Tournament organized by Rilbong Sports and Cultural Club in the city on Saturday. Zap X scored 45 runs which was easily chased by Jhalupara Youth Association. The highest scorer of the match was Uttam with 14 runs and the highest wicket taker was Azad with 4 wickets.
In the second match, Moonlight defeated Tornado by 51 runs. Batting first Tornado scored 89 runs in 10.1 overs whereas Moonlight were all out for 38 runs. The highest scorer was Debashish with 43 runs and he was also the highest taker with 3 wickets.
Meanwhile, Laban Sports Club will play Jhalupara on Monday at 5:00 PM in the first semi-finals and Rilbong Sports and Cultural Club will play Tornado at 7:30 PM in the second semi finals.
