 A motorist Jerry Marbaniang (30) sustained injuries after he fell off from his motorbike while trying to avoid a collision with a pedestrian. The motorist was proceeding towards Shillong when the incident happened at Mawryngkneng under Mawryngkneng Block, East Khasi Hills on December14. He was later shifted to Civil Hospital
One Protoma Basumatary (35) was hit by a moving vehicle at 14th Mile under Umling Block, Ri Bhoi District and sustained injuries on December 14. The 108 Emergency Service Ambulance based in Byrnihat helped in shifting Protoma Basumatary to Byrnihat PHC and then to Mohandra Coudary Hospital, Guwahati.
The 108 Emergency Service Ambulance based in Shillong administered first aid to Vrinesh Gupta (25) at the scene of the incident. The motorist fell off from his motorbike after losing control and sustained minor injuries on December 13.
Another motorist sustained injuries when the motorbike was involved in a collision with a Mahindra pick-up jeep at Mahendraganj under Zikzak Block, South West Garo Hills District. Rongan Marak (50) was proceeding towards the market at Mahendraganj from Durgapar when the incident took place on December 14.
A driver of a Maruti 800 along with the co-traveler sustained injuries when the vehicle collided into a dumper truck parked on the side of the road. The incident happened near the old Police station at Mawlai Nongkwar, Shillong on December 13.  Willstar Khyllai (40) and the driver was shifted to Shillong Civil Hospital.
