Raliang headman donates land to Art of Living

Shillong: B Dkhar the Rangbah Shnong of Raliang donated 2.5 acres of land to the Art of Living.
Dkhar accompanied by Art of Living member P Toi handed over the land documents to Sri Sri Ravi Shankar at a function here on Monday.
Sri Sri said that the land would remain with the people of Raliang and the Art of Living would use it as a skill development facility and would use it to generate employment for the people of that area.
It may be mentioned that Art of Living runs schools and skill development facilities across the country. The organisation has 72 schools in Tripura alone.
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar informed the audience that several young children from Meghalaya are studying at the Art of Living run schools in Bangalore and that they excel in sporting activities.
