SHILLONG: In a new twist to the NEIGRIHMS case, police have informed that it was one M.S Kharkongor who lodged a complaint against Nilesh Jaybhaye, a Post Graduate student NEIGRIHMS for his allegation that David T Umdor, Deputy Director (Admn), NEIGRIHMS resorted to misconduct against the students and also threatened them with dire consequences.
Earlier, on Thursday it was reported that M.S Kharkongor and Nilesh Jaybhaye have lodged a complaint against Umdor.
