SHILLONG: The ordination of Deacon Nicholas Sun will take place at Byrnihat Parish on Wednesday.
Archbishop Dominic Jala will ordain Sun.
Fr. George Maleiakel, SDB, Salesians Provincial of Silchar-Shillong province and Fr. Mathew Kallidical, Regional Superior of Capuchin will also be present on the occasion.
Born in Byrnihat on October 11, 1979, Dn. Nicholas Sun is the eldest son of (L) Pius Sun and Albina N. Sangma.

(Contd from P-3) Bavaria from 2009-2014. On his return to India, he was appointed as in charge pre-novitiate house at Mariamnagar. He is also a member of Sunnyside Novitiate community, Upper Shillong.
He was ordained deacon on July 1, 2015 by Jala.
