SHILLONG: MPCC president D D.Lapang, has condemned the dastardly act perpetrated by “some misguided elements in Williamnagar.
Expressing shock and grief at the Williamnagar blast, Lapang called upon all right thinking people to maintain calm in this hour of grief and crisis and face the challenges with dignity.
He also advised all the misguided elements to shun the path of violence and come to the negotiating table for amicable solutions to all problems.
