SHILLONG: West Khasi Hills DC has detained a coal truck for violation of NGT order.
The coal laden truck (AS-01BC-4285) driven by Wanlambor Kurbah (21) at Sohpian. Police arrested the driver and handyman identified as Kenester Mawlong.
