Drunk driver creates ruckus

JOWAI: A drunk driver from Mawlai created havoc on the highway hitting vehicles at Dawki before heading towards Jowai. After Dawki police alerted its counterpart in Jowai, the driver Seibor Thabah was intercepted at Tre-iongriang bridge in Jowai and arrested  but not before he hit the police vehicle soon after the was signaled to halt. The vehicle has been detained in Jowai PS.
