GHADC pending salary

TURA: Fueling the ongoing crisis in the GHADC over non-payment of six months employees’ salary the Opposition has criticized the functioning of the NPP led GHPA and accused it of ignoring the grievances faced by its staff.
MDC from Tura, Rupert M Sangma in a statement issued here accused the ruling GHPA of not lending an ear to the grievances faced by the GHADC staff who have been demanding the release of their six months pending salaries.
“The employees have made it through Christmas and the New Year with much grief and distress. And now with the month of February approaching, they are worried as they have to pay their children’s school admission fees,” Sangma said.
Alleging that certain issues were being given more importance, Sangma urged the EC to concentrate on the demands of the employees and release their salaries immediately.
