SHILLONG:  Police intercepted four coal laden pick-up trucks, ML-10B-0083 driven by Freddy Mawlong, ML-10-7292 driven by Fleming Suting, ML-10A-9701 driven by Romingstar Shadap and ML-10A-7674 driven by Spin Nongrum, while they were evading the Weigh Bridge and Sales Tax check-gate at Umling (Ri Bhoi).
