Khasi class
Classes for Khasi learning course will resume on February 13 from 5 pm at Shillong Law College. All registered learners are urged to attend classes.
Dry Day
The Deputy Commissioner Excise, North Garo Hills (NGH), Resubelpara has notified that under Section 52 (1) of Meghalaya Excise Act, Dry Day has been declared all over the districts on February 13 and14 on account of ABDK Sobha (A’chik Baptist Dalgipa Krima Sobha). All IMFL Retailers and M/s Wa’sa Bonded Warehouse under NGH District have been advised to remain closed on these days.
Biometric enrolment
The DC, West Khasi Hills District has informed  that Bio-Metric enrolment for National Population Register will resume from last week of Feb. Intimation slips will be issued to all eligible residents of the District in this regard. All eligible citizens are requested to take part in the enrolment process as and when the officials visit their respective villages.
