HSPDP names KHADC by-poll candidates

NONGSTOIN: Gearing up for the upcoming by-polls of the KHADC, the HSPDP recently announced its candidates for Rambrai Jyrngam AC and Mawthadraishan.
While one World Champion has been named as the party’s candidate from Rambrai Blanding Warjri has been given the go ahead in Mawthadraishan.
Champion will be up against Congress’ Kimfa Marbaniang.
Blanding Warjri, a sordar of Kynshi pyllun and a local businessman will contest against strong contenders both from UDP and from Congress in the form of Bolsness Nongum or Irin lyngdoh.
