While BotTala represented Bangladesh, India was represented by four groups from Meghalaya.
The groups that represented India were SBUK which is the abbreviated form of Seng Biria U Khasi led by Leslie Harding Pde, KDUR which is the abbreviation of Kam Danda U Rangdajied led by Phira Rani, Kyrchanlang Theatrical Group and the Panaliar– Locality Theatre Group, both from Jowai.
