Limestone exporters call on Bangla trade body president

SHILLONG: Limestone exporters from the State called on president of Federation of Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Abdul Matlub Ahmad at Pinewood Hotel here to deliberate on various issues relating to export of limestone from Meghalaya.
Besides discussing ways and means to improve the export scenario from Khasi Hills, both sides spoke on difficulties, especially in documentation related to exports from East Khasi Hills.
During the meeting both the importers from Bangladesh and exporters from Khasi Hills agreed to cooperate on all fronts to ensure that the trade runs smoothly.
