NGH DC prohibits forcible collection

TURA: North Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner, S.C Sadhu has issued an order strictly prohibiting the illegal collection of money from traders and businessmen in the district.
The order comes following a news report in which a section of the trading community had filed a complaint alleging illegal collection of money from them by leaders of certain NGOs.
The order prohibits any forcible collection by any member of NGOs, groups or individuals and warned of penal action to be taken against any offenders.
