To commemorate the Tibetan Women’s Uprising Day, the Regional Tibetan Women’s Association will organise a programme at the Lumparing Buddhist Monastery at 10 AM. Later a 4 PM a candle light peace march will be held from Lumapring Buddhist Monastery to Jhalupara via Laban.
