SHILLONG: The Khasi Cultural & Social Service Society had organised the Village Level Awareness Camp at Balat on Tuesday.
District TB officer, I Mawrie of the East Khasi Hills and representatives of Meghalaya AIDS Control Society were present.
The awareness programme was organized to sensitize the people about HIV/AIDS. Glen Pyrtuh and Dr. Mawrie elaborated the participants on the deadly disease and detection of TB.
