FIR filed over cyber crime in Tura

TURA: Chairman of the Garo Hills Talent Development Society (GHTDS), Ahap N Sangma has reportedly filed an FIR with the Tura Police Station against unknown person/persons for allegedly hacking into his Facebook account.
In a statement issued here, Sangma claimed that the cyber crime was committed on the night of March 22 at around 11:30 pm when unidentified perpetrators replaced his e-mail, phone number, password and name while keeping all other original posts like profile pictures and photos intact. Sangma also informed that the name of the account has been changed from Ahap N Sangma to Kirti Tripadi and that the alleged hacker is using the e-mail, [email protected] to open the same account.
