SHILLONG: The Sohiong Block Congress Committee has unanimously decided to field Nathaniel O. Rymmai as the party candidate for the KHADC by-election, 2016.
The decision was taken during a meeting convened by the Sohiong BCC in the presence of its president and local MLA, H.D.R. Lyngdoh among others.
New office bearers of the Sohiong BCC were also elected on the occasion.
