Juvenile accused of minor’s rape

SHILLONG: In a shocking incident, a juvenile boy aged 16 has been accused of raping a twelve-year-old girl at her residence in Ri Bhoi district.
As per a complaint filed in this regard, the incident allegedly occurred on March 29 around 8 PM at Umksih village in Ri Bhoi.
