SHILLONG: The Ri Bhoi unit of the KSU has sought the intervention of the State Government into the alleged harassment meted out to local people travelling along the Guwahati-Jorabat road.
The union also warned action against Assam vehicles plying into Meghalaya if the State Government fails to address the matter. The KSU also met Ri Bhoi SP, G.D Kharwanlang on the issue.
The union will also submit a memorandum on the issue to the State Home Minister.
