SHILLONG: An imposter claiming to be a DFO duped one person of Rs 31,000 with a promise to provide the victim a job in the Forest department, Jowai. Kerim Suting lodged a complaint that one Heimon Malang duped him of the money posing as a DFO of a head office in Shillong
