SHILLONG: Police on Friday seized 10 small packets containing suspected heroin.During a checking at Grand Hotel point, Shillong at around 1.20 am on Friday, police intercepted a Maruti Alto-800 (ML-05M-8113) driven by one Fasterwell Kurbah (20) and recovered ten small packets wrapped in a white paper containing white/brown powder suspected to be heroin and cash Rs. 3,840.
