New card mandatory for NFSA rice from May

SHILLONG: Rice under the National Food Security Act for the month of March and April will be distributed in East Khasi Hills in May with new cards.
Informing this here on Tuesday, East Khasi Hills Deputy Commissioner (Supply) P.S. Dkhar said the distribution of rice under NFSA has been initiated since February with old cards.
