SHILLONG: In an incident one person died on the spot and three others sustained injuries when their vehicle capsized at Rongdenggre in West Garo Hills. The incident happened on April 21, when one truck (AS-01DD-8448) driven by Karuna Kumar Ray overturned, an occupant Setaur Sheikh (23) died.
