Couple looted

SHILLONG: A couple was looted by miscreants at Rangberam village in East Garo Hills. Police said that the incident happened on April  25  when one George S Marak was travelling along with his wife from Assam towards Williamnagar when suddenly around 10-12 unidentified miscreants armed with sharp objects stopped their vehicle by throwing firecrackers at Rangberam village and snatched away cash, mobile phones, etc.
