SHILLONG: In view of the narrowness of the road in Lummawbah the Shillong Traffic Police has decided to restrict entry of vehicles from 3rd Mile Upper Shillong towards Lummawbah locality through Lad Lummawbah Junction from May 2. ‘No Entry’ would also be imposed at Lad Lummawbah Junction near Buddhist School.
