Moderate quake

SHILLONG: A moderate intensity earthquake measuring 4.0 on the Richter scale shook Meghalaya on Saturday at around 3.13 pm.
The quake, which had  its epicenter in East Khasi Hills, created panic among the residents of the city forcing some of them to come out of their houses.
However, there was no injury to any person or damage to properties
