NPP leader warns Kharkutta legislator

SHILLONG: NPP leader from Kharkutta, Rupert Momin has criticized local legislator Cherak W Momin for allegedly spreading misinformation campaign accusing Conrad K Sangma, the party’s candidate for Tura  by-poll, of misusing Rs 300 crore of MGNREGS fund. “The allegation is baseless. Everyone knows that money is with the State Government,” Momin said while warning Cherak not to spread rumours.
