SHILLONG: The case related to the delay in appointment of Donkupar Sumer as the KHADC EC member by the Government came up for hearing on Wednesday.
It was on Monday that the KHADC filed a petition seeking the intervention of the Court for the undue delay  on the part of the Government in appointing  Sumer as EC) member..
After the Government advocate ND Chullai appearing for the respondents sought more time on Wednesday, the Court granted time and listed the matter on May 25.
