SHILLONG: A Congress worker from North Hills has filed an FIR alleging tampering of EVMS used during Tura  by-poll held on May 16.  Informing this on Tuesday,  West Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner Pravin Bakshi said that  a case has been registered in this connection and Tura police is looking into the matter.
