Police organise counselling for 2-wheeler riders

SHILLONG: Taking strong note of the rash and negligent riding by most two wheeler drivers and frequent accidents, Shillong Traffic Police on Monday organised a counselling session for two wheeler riders at the Sadar Police Station Complex.
Addressing the counseling session, East Khasi Hills SP M. Kharkrang spoke about various traffic rules relating to signals, wearing of helmet, speed driving and use of mobile phones while riding.
