SHILLONG: An employee of the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary department in West Garo Hills has been accused of raping a minor girl in December, 2015.
An FIR filed against the accused, Robert Ch Sangma, employee of AH&V Department, Mukdangra in West Garo Hills, states that he raped the thirteen year old girl in his quarter in December, 2015 and also threatened her with dire consequences.
The matter came to light only the girl was found to be pregnant.
