Two killed on Shillong Bypass

SHILLONG: Two persons died while six others were injured in an accident at at Diengpasoh, Shillong Bypass on Wednesday morning around 5.25 AM between a night super bus (AS01 GC 4799) driven by Ibjal Ahmed (35) and a truck (AS11 BC 2994).
In the incident, spare driver of the bus Jehangir Khan (34) died on the spot, while the bus driver Ibjal Ahmed succumbed to his injuries at NEIGRIHMS.
Six passengers also sustained injuries.
