Poachers arrested

SHILLONG: Three suspected poachers were apprehended from Lailad Reserve Forest in Ri Bhoi on Sunday evening.
A country-made shotgun was recovered from the possession of the suspected poachers identified as Kamaibor Kharpran, Bib Wahlang and Yuk Syngkli.
The trio was apprehended by the personnel from Wild Life Range, Forest department, Nongpoh.  Later, police arrested the accused and seized the firearm.
