South Korean actor and     member of K-pop boy     band JYJ, Park Yu-chun, faced another charge of sexual assault, the third in a week, the media reported on Friday.
An unidentified woman filed a complaint against Park with the Seoul Gangnam Police Station for allegedly raping her on June 12, 2014, Xinhua news agency reported.
According to the woman, she met Park at a bar in Seoul’s Gangnam district, before moving to Park’s home to drink alcohol. Park took her to his bathroom and raped her, the woman claimed.
A week ago, the first woman, who filed a complaint against Park for similar charges, claimed she was sexually assaulted by Park inside the bathroom of a bar in Gangnam.
The 24-year-old woman, the bar’s female employee, said Park came to her workplace after midnight on June 3, around 5.00 a.m., Park took her to a restroom and raped her.
The woman reported the case to police a week after the alleged incident, providing her underwear and clothing as evidence that was sent to the National Forensic Service for analysis. The first woman, who dropped her complaint against Park on Wednesday, said she originally filed the suit as she felt disrespected by Park and his colleagues after having sex, according to the media reports.
Police is investigating the first case, though the woman dropped charges. (IANS)
