SHILLONG: The Rabindranath Tagore Club will organise the “9th Inter-Shillong Cultural Meet” from July 3- 26. The competitions include art, essay, quiz, recitation etc., and those interested can collect forms from Pappu Medical, Laban, Jyoti Medical Hall, Laban, Zara Arcade, Keating Road among others.
