City-based magician to take part in Magic Convention

SHILLONG: City-based magician, John Lanong will represent the State at the Magic Convention scheduled to be held in Kerala in August this year.Speaking to media persons on Thursday, Lanong said that the convention will see participation of renowned magicians from across the country and even abroad.The convention will focus on various topics related to magic tricks and provide a platform for magicians to hone their skills.A resident of Malki, Lanong has been performing magic since 2008. He developed the skill since the time he played card games as a hobby and later developed it into a tool for his magic shows.
Lanong also loves to do stunts and had once driven drove a car double blind-folded (2011).
