Ornaments stolen  
Miscreants broke into the residence of one N.K Rajendra Karan at DM Line near Anjali petrol pump on Wednesday afternoon, and stole gold ornaments valued around Rs. 10 lakh.
Wi-fi hacked
In a case of cyber crime, a wi fi of a person was hacked by unknown miscreants at Jhalupara. One Aafaque Hussain lodged a complaint that on June 21, unknown miscreant hacked the Wi-Fi used by him and his relatives at Jhalupara, under Lumdiengjri police station.
Bikes, music system stolen  
On June 24, miscreants stole one motorcycle (ML-05N-0610) belonging to one Ankit Bothua from Oakland, Shillong.  Earlier on June 22, miscreants stole one motorcycle (ML-07A-5659) belonging to Ithoram Rabha from Sualmari village under Bajengdoba police station (North Garo Hills).  On June 24 evening, miscreants stole music system from a vehicle belonging to Melvin Anderson, parked at Malki, Shillong.
Pedestrians knocked down
On June 24 at around 12.30 am, one Maruti car (number not known) knocked down two pedestrians, Raj Sangma (29) and Batisha Khongsit (29) at Dongkadiang, Nongmensong.  Victims sustained injuries and were shifted to NEIGRIHMS.
Phone snatched at Police Bazar
One Diksha Rajak lodged a complaint that on June 23 at around 7.30 pm, one unidentified miscreant snatched her cell phone at Police Bazar.
Fraudulent cash withdrawal
One Bandalin Jyrwa lodged a complaint that on June 21 and 22, an unknown miscreant fraudulently withdrew Rs. 40,000 from her account at Union Bank of India.
Cash stolen from city shop
One Kavish Mordani lodged a complaint that between June 8 and 13, his ex-employee Gaurav Sarkar @ Arjun Sarkar @ Om Sarkar, stole Rs. 50,000 from his shop (Big Glamour) at Police Bazar.
