Two Govt advocates to be replaced soon

SHILLONG:  The State Government   is in the process of de-notifying two   legal counsels of the state Government due to their unsatisfactory performance.
Informing this here on   Wednesday, Deputy Chief Minister In-charge Law Rowell Lyngdoh said that the department was not happy with the performance Upendra Mishra and  T Momo Singh .
“Both the lawyers are from Delhi and we will replace them shortly,” he said.
Both the   lawyers are assisting the State Government legal counsel   Ranjan Mukherjee   in specific cases in the Supreme Court.
