SHILLONG: A wall adjacent to the boys’ hostel (number 18) at the North Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Mawlai collapsed on the evening of June 25 making the inmates anxious.
Sources claimed that the wall was constructed recklessly as only cement was used in building it thus endangering the students, especially during the rainy season.
