One drowns in South Garo Hills

SHILLONG: One person reportedly drowned in a river in South Garo Hills.
The incident happened on July 5 when one Pikpil G Momin (32) allegedly slipped and fell in the Rongdi river. Later, he was found dead. An FIR in this regard has been lodged by the wife of the victim. Matter is under investigation.
