ASAK cadre surrenders

RESUBELPARA: An ASAK militant, Seng’kal Ch Momin (29), on Friday surrendered at Dainadubi Police Outpost in North Garo Hills. Momin was the prime suspect in kidnapping seven businessmen from Assam at A’brong village near Wageasi. He was arrested on September 29, 2015 but obtained bail on February 28, 2016. Before working for ASAK, he used to serve demand notes on behalf of AMEF commander Niksrang Marak.
