Deborah inaugurates training centre

WILLIAMNAGAR:  Animal Husbandry and Veterinary (AH&V) Minister, Deborah C Marak inaugurated a vocational training centre at Williamnagar recently.
Speaking on the occasion , Marak said the infrastructure was an asset for the people of East Garo Hills.
Animal Husbandry and Veterinary department can provide skill up-gradation to the educated unemployed youth of the state, she said.   “The training centre constructed under RKVY scheme will go a long way in imparting training to the partners of the departments, and it will also help the farmers immensely” she said.
Marak also urged the participants to grab the opportunities provided by the department for the uplift of the economy.
