SHILLONG: The Hynniewtrep Social Welfare Organisation (HSWO) has slammed the Executive Committee (EC) of the KHADC for issuing partial NOC for the Nongstoin-Wahkaji road project without convening a public meeting.
In a statement to the press on Friday, the organization demanded that the NOC be scrapped. It further slammed KHADC CEM Pynshngain N. Syiem for the hasty decision and rallied behind the KSU for their anti-road stand.
