SHILLONG: In a new direction, the Under Secretary, Secretariat Administration Department has informed that visitors will not be allowed to enter the Secretariat Building/Yojana Bhavan and meet the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister and Ministers during the period of the Assembly Session without the prior approval of the ministers concerned.
