TURA: Locals in at Dalamgre in West Garo Hills caught two extortionists and handed them over to police on Thursday. The accused, Selman Sangma and Neterson Sangma of Pusunga, were involved in several extortion cases.
Meanwhile, North Garo Hills police arrested a criminal identified as Malsengbirth Momin from Berubari and found a stolen bike and two cows that he was planning to sell.
